I am grateful for my exercise bike. I am grateful that when ever I am unable to go for a walk outside due to the weather being challenging, I am able to do some cardio exercise by riding my exercise bike inside.
I am grateful that I am able to do different workout which are programmed into the bike. This allows me to decide which intensity and speed I have to follow within the workout.
I am grateful that it tells me how many calories I have burnt and how far I have been riding.
I am grateful that this is a good motivation for me to continue exercising and helping me keep fit and loose weight.
