April 16th - Chewing gum

April 16th
I am grateful for chewing gum. This is a quick and easy item to get hold of that saves me and others really from my bad breath after eating strong smelling foods.

This also helps with freshening my breath even when I haven't got chewing gum as it as it increases saliva in my mouth, reducing dryness in my mouth resulting in bad breath. It's true, I saw it on a tv commercial.

I am grateful for this little item, it may not be a big thing but I am grateful that I am able to fresh breath after eating certain foods.
