June 14th - Crying

June 14th
I am grateful for crying and the many emotions that are included. It is said that males don't usually cry, and I will honestly say, I have cried many times in my life, in great times and in the saddest of moment, sometimes after something small happening in my life.

I am grateful that after having a cry, I am able to 'reset' myself and say to myself 'ok, this is the emotion, it is out of your system for the moment, let's get on with life at the moment and continue doing great things for the situation.' I feel a sense of relief after I cry, or shed a few tears. These situations could be a death, a funeral, physical pain, a touching story, a testimony, an achievement, etc,.
