July 31st - Scales

July 31st
I am grateful for weight scales. This has been a useful tool for me over the last couple of years during my journey into weight loss.

I am grateful that scales have told me how much I weigh, and given me indications if the food I am eating is making me gain or loose weight, helping me get on track with my diet.

I am grateful for scales that measure the amount of food or ingredients I use while making food. I am grateful that this helps with following recipes. But more so for me, this helps me as I am calorie counting and require measuring how many grams or kilograms of food I eat to measure the calories within each item of food.
