February 12th - Melbourne

February 12th
I am grateful for the capital city which I live in, Melbourne. There are many things about this city which I find absolutely fascinating and am grateful that it is close by to where I live and the sights are free to view.
I am grateful that it is such a social setting, having places like Federation Square, where you are able to socialise and get together as a community and enjoy the entertainment that is to offer.
I am grateful for the restaurants and pubs, with many different cultures and themes to choose from with delicious food.
The high rise building are a sight to see. If you get the chance go to the Sofitel hotel on Collins Street and go level 35 (I think), go to the toilets (yes, I know that does sound weird) and look out the window to get an absolutely great view of the city. It is awesome!
The Crown casino is massive and entertaining, not only for its poker machines and gaming, but also for its clothing stores, restaurants and of course Galactic Circus, a bit like time zone but BIGGER!
The night life is beaming, many pubs clubs and restaurants open till late, entertaining people with food, music and drinks.
Many of the buildings outer architecture has not been change since the early 1900's and magnificently stands out, such as the Flinder's Street Station, St Patrick and St. Paul's Cathedrals, several hotels and many many restaurants that you come across.
I am grateful for the city and grateful of all the services and entertainment it provides for myself and all Melbourne patrons and visitors
